Not sure which package to get?

Perhaps start by asking yourself some of these questions:

  1. Do you require/want a full service of post natal care or do you need just a little help so you can have an hour or two for self care?

  2. Are you struggling alone, perhaps you partner has to return to work or you family aren’t close by and you need that person to share the emotional and physical load?

  3. Have you saved/budgeted to make your health and positive experience a priority and want as much self care as you can get?

  4. Are you not sure if you can afford to look after yourself? Could you maybe forego some baby equipment (that you probably don’t need) instead? Or ask for care as a shared gift?

  5. Are you often worried or anxious that you’re not getting this parenting thing right and need help deciphering the overwhelming amount of different information and ideas?

  6. Are you struggling with roller coaster changes in mood; over the moon one moment and flood gates open the next, and need some support to help you get back on track?

  7. Are you finding well meaning advice from friends and family is conflicting with your own parenting instinct and making you feel unsure or questioning your own thoughts and feelings?

  8. Do you already have children and need support in creating and maintaining a space for bonding, recovery, personal growth and development?

  9. Are you searching for that special something, a celebration, ceremony or unique way to honour the journey you have been through? Birth is a BIG deal!

  10. Do you dream of the perfect space where your environment, support and personal & baby nurturing all look just the way you want them too?
